Do I need a bra underneath?
No. The inserts sit straight on skin, and the sticky bras are the bra — nothing goes under them. You can wear the inserts inside a bra or a bikini top if you prefer, but nothing needs it.
How do I pick a size?
By cup volume, not by the letter on your bra. A 10D and a 14B hold the same amount, so they take the same insert. The size guide translates yours in two clicks. If you sit between two sizes, take the smaller one.
My bra is labelled 32 or 34, not 10 or 12. Which is mine?
We use Australian band sizes. If your bra carries a UK or US label, a 32 is an Australian 10, a 34 is a 12 and a 36 is a 14 — the cup letter stays the same.
Which piece is mine?
The Sculpt adds up to two cup sizes and holds a plunge. The Sculpt Lite lifts without adding size, for the dress that already fits. The Sweetheart pushes in rather than up. The Sculpt Round covers and smooths only. All five compared.
What is the difference between the two sticky bras?
The Invisible Bra is paper thin and made to vanish under a backless dress. The Sticky Bra is padded for push-up lift. Same build, same adhesive, same clasp — different job. The Statement Bra is the one meant to be seen. More in sticky bra vs adhesive bra.
Will it show under my clothes?
The edges taper to nothing, which is the reason they are cut that way. Under white or sheer fabric, choose the shade closest to your chest rather than your face.
Does it hold in heat, or in water?
Yes. The adhesive is sweat and water resistant and holds through a wedding, a dance floor and a pool. Lotion and sunscreen are what make it slide — keep them off that patch of skin. For the beach, read push-up inserts for swimwear.
How many times can I wear it?
Up to 50 wears on every silicone piece, with proper care. The body tape is single use per strip, roughly 8 to 12 wears per roll. How to make them last.
Do the colours transfer?
No. The colour sits on the outer face, never on the adhesive.
