  3. Press and liftPress from the outside in, then lift the breast up and hold for ten seconds
  4. Dress lastPut the dress or bra on over the insert, not before
  5. Take it off slowlyLift from the outer edge and peel inward. Never pull from the centre
  • Wash — Warm water and a drop of mild soap, fingertips only. No cloth, no scrubbing
  • Dry — Adhesive side up on the storage film and let it air dry. Never a towel
  • Store — Back on the film, flat, away from dust and heat

Do I need a bra with it
No. The Sculpt sits straight on skin. It also works inside a bra or a swimsuit if you want both

The tapered edge sits under the breast, below where a plunge opens. It does not peek out

Yes. The adhesive is sweat and water resistant. It holds through a wedding, a dance floor and a pool

Five minutes the first time, thirty seconds after that. Placing it low is the whole trick — pressed on from the top you get coverage, started at the bottom you get shape.

  • 1. Clean, dry skinNo moisturiser, no oil, no fake tan still developing. Adhesive silicone grips skin, not the film on top of it.
  • 2. Peel from the cornerNever from the middle — that stretches the adhesive and leaves a dull patch that never grips as well again. Keep the film.
  • 3. Place low, then liftBottom edge against the underside first, then press upward and inward.
  • 4. Press and holdTen seconds a side. Body heat is what sets the grip.
  • 5. Check the mirrorBoth sides even before you get dressed.
